How It Works
Step 1: Reserve Your VIP Day
Choose your preferred date from the calendar below. A 50% deposit secures your VIP Day on my calendar.
Please note: you’ll have one to two weeks of prep work to complete before your build day. This may include preparing email copy, event details, assets, or access to platforms, depending on what you’re building.
Step 2: Prep & Strategy Call
You’ll complete prep work inside your portal, then we’ll meet for a 45-minute strategy call 4-7 days before your VIP Day to confirm details and priorities.
Step 3: Your VIP Day
Your build runs from 10am-5pm ET. While you focus elsewhere, I build the agreed upon event tech behind the scenes. Communication happens via a shared chat as needed.
Step 4: Post-build Support
You’ll have 4 weeks of support for questions or small adjustments related to what was built.
Important Note
When you schedule an Event Tech VIP Day, you are reserving a dedicated build day, not a fixed list of deliverables.
The work completed is based on the agreed-upon scope and what can reasonably be built within the time window.
To ensure the day runs smoothly:
All required access and assets must be provided in advance
You’ll need to be available for timely responses to questions or confirmations as they come up
Prep work must be completed by the agreed deadline
This structure keeps the work focused, efficient, and completed to a high standard.

Recorded Walkthrough of What was Built - A clear walkthrough showing what was set up, how it works, and where everything lives.
4-Weeks of Post-Build Support - Support for questions or small adjustments related to what was built, so the tech continues to function smoothly as it’s used.

Ready to have the event tech finished?
Booking Details: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your VIP Day. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your scheduled build.
You (or a designated team member) must be available during the build for questions.

Yes! Depending on complexity, I’ll complete everything within 1-2 business days max.

No. The Event Tech VIP Day focuses on building and configuring event-related tech using the copy and content you provide. Sales page copy, email copy, and written content should be prepared in advance, either by you or a copywriter. This ensures the VIP Day is spent on implementation, not content creation.

Life can throw curveballs, and I understand that. You can reschedule your session once, without extra charge. Just give me at least one week’s notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

After your VIP Day, you’ll receive a recorded walkthrough of what was built so you understand how everything works and where it lives. You’ll also have 4 weeks of post-build support for questions or small adjustments related to the work completed during your VIP Day. Ongoing support beyond that window can be discussed separately if needed.
