YOUR EVENT TECH, BUILT AND READY IN ONE FOCUSED DAY

REGISTRATION, AUTOMATIONS, LANDING PAGES, EMAIL SEQUENCES. INSTALLED, CONNECTED, AND TESTED SO YOU CAN TOP CONFIGURING AND START LEADING.

YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR EVENT NEEDS. THE TECH SETUP IS WHAT KEEPS STALLING.

The vision is there. The plan is coming together. But the backend? Still half-built.

Registration forms that still need to be configured. Confirmation emails that haven’t been written or connected. Automations that should be running but aren’t set up yet. Pages that need updating before anything goes live.

And every time you open your laptop to finally get it done, the list feels longer than it did yesterday.

It’s not that you don’t understand the tools. It’s that configuring them pulls you out of the role you should be in, the one leading the experience, not troubleshooting the tech behind it.

You’ve already tried pushing through it on your own. Watching tutorials. Spending evenings inside platforms, second-guessing whether things are connected the way they should be. Telling yourself you’ll get to it this weekend.

But the setup keeps dragging, and the mental weight of carrying unfinished tech is quietly stealing your momentum.

That’s the part no one talks about. The real cost isn’t the hours, it’s what happens to your confidence and focus when the backend still isn’t done.

THE EVENT TECH VIP DAY: YOUR EVENT BACKEND, BUILT IN A SINGLE DAY

woman working from laptop happily

The Event Tech VIP Day is a done-for-you build day for event hosts who have the plan and need the tech installed properly.

In one focused day, I take the event-related tech off your plate and build it inside your existing platforms, so registration, communication, and delivery are set up, connected, and tested.

No tutorials. No late nights inside a platform you didn’t want to learn. No dragging the setup out across weeks while your even timeline keeps moving.

You stay in your role as the host and leader. I handle the build.

BEFORE THE VIP DAY:

You’re carrying the weight of an unfinished setup. Registration isn’t live. Emails aren’t connected. You keep pushing the tech to next week because every time you sit down to do it, something else takes priority. The backend of your event feels like a loose end that won’t stop nagging.

AFTER THE VIP DAY:

The tech supporting your event is installed, tested, and functioning. Registration is live. Confirmation emails are connected and being sent. Automations are running. Pages are built. You open your laptop, and everything is where it should be, working, without needing you to babysit it.

The difference isn’t just that the tasks are done. It’s that the mental weight of carrying them is gone. You’re back to planning, promoting, and preparing to show up as the host; not the person still trying to figure out why the form isn’t connecting to the email sequence.

WHAT CHANGES WHEN THE TECH IS HANDLED

THIS IS DESIGNED FOR YOU IF:

woman writing down notes next to laptop
  • You have a clear event plan and want the tech setup done properly, not “good enough for now”

  • You’re tired of spending your limited time configuring platforms instead of leading your event

  • You’ve been carrying the backend in your head, and you’re ready for it to be built and out of your hands

  • You want the kind of setup that reflects the standard you hold for everything else in your business

This is a done-for-you build using your existing tools and the content you provide. You bring the details. I build the infrastructure that holds your event together.

EXAMPLES OF WHAT WE CAN BUILD DURING YOUR VIP DAY

EVENT REGISTRATION AND ATTENDEE FLOW

Registration forms and ticket checkout, payment connections, confirmation, and redirect pages; all configured and tested so attendees move through a smooth process from signup to confirmation.

EVENT COMMUNICATION AND AUTOMATION

Confirmation emails, reminder sequences, event-specific tagging, and automations tied to registration, payment, or attendance, built using the copy you provide and connected to your existing platform.

EVENT PAGES

Landing pages, agenda, or schedule pages, speaker pages, and FAQ pages, with forms, payments, and automations connected so nothing lives in isolation.

EVENT PORTALS AND RESOURCES

Attendee portals or dashboards, access setup for materials, and content uploaded and organized so your attendees have a clean experience from the moment they register.

If you’re not sure what’s possible for your specific event, the pre-build strategy call is where we map it out together.

HOW THE VIP DAY WORKS

STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR VIP DAY

Choose your preferred date from the calendar. A 50% deposit secures your spot. You’ll have one to two weeks of prep work before your build day; this may include gathering email copy, event details, brand assets, or platform access, depending on what we’re building.

STEP 2: PREP & STRATEGY CALL

You’ll complete your prep work inside a private portal, then we’ll meet for a 45-minute strategy call 4 to 7 days before the build to confirm priorities and lock in the plan.

STEP 3: YOUR BUILD DAY

The build runs from 10am to 5pm ET. While you focus on everything else, I build the agreed-upon event tech behind the scenes. We stay connected through a shared chat for any questions or confirmations that come up during the day.

STEP 4: POST-BUILD SUPPORT

After your VIP Day, you’ll have 4 weeks of support for questions or small adjustments related to what was built, so nothing gets left in limbo once the day is done.

An important note on how the day works: When you book an Event VIP Day, you’re reserving a dedicated build day, not a fixed list of deliverables. The work completed is based on the scope we agree on during the strategy call and what can reasonably be built within the time window. All required access and assets must be provided in advance, prep work must be completed by the agreed deadline, and you (or a team member) should be available for timely responses during the build.

WHY WORK WITH ME

I’ve built event systems for law firms, corporate partners, and international retreats with attendee counts ranging from 50 to 1000+.

15+ years of backstage experience across Disney, Marriott, The Peabody, and a top global law firm taught me how to build systems that hold up under pressure, not just in testing, but on the day it matters most.

I’m a systems thinker, a spreadsheet lover, and a logistics professional with deep experience in tech, operations, and event planning. I don’t just configure tools; I build event systems that work the way they should, so the host never has to wonder if something will break when it counts.

You lead the event. I build the backend that keeps it running.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE EVENT TECH VIP DAY

PRE-BUILD STRATEGY SESSION (45 MINUTES)

We get aligned on your event, the tools you’re using, and the specific tech tasks to be built, so the VIP Day is focused on execution, not figuring things out on the fly.

PRE-VIP INTAKE AND BUILD OUTLINE

You’ll complete a short intake so requirements, access details, and assets are clearly defined before the build begins. No guessing on either side.

ONE DEDICATED BUILD DAY

A full day devoted to building and configuring the event-related tech we’ve discussed, inside your existing platforms, using your content and assets.

RECORDED WALKTHROUGH OF WHAT WAS BUILT

A clear, recorded walkthrough showing what was set up, how it works, and where everything lives; so you’re never left wondering what got done or how to find it.

4 WEEKS OF POST-BUILD SUPPORT

Support for questions or small adjustments related to what was built, so the tech continues to function smoothly as you move into event mode.

Please note: The Event Tech VIP Day does not include custom event registration or communication hub design builds. If you’re looking for a custom registration build, check out the Event Microsite offer, and if you’re looking for a communication hub checkout the Event Command Center offer instead.

READY TO HAVE THE EVENT TECH FINISHED?

You’ve been carrying the setup long enough. The forms, the emails, the automations, the pages, all of it sitting on your mental list, waiting for the weekend you never quite get to.

The Event Tech VIP Day gives you a focused, supported way to get it built properly, in one day, without becoming the person who has to learn the platform to do it.

When the backend is handled, everything else moves forward. Your planning gets easier. Your confidence gets steadier. And your event gets the infrastructure it deserves.
