We start with a strategic planning session to map out your priorities, then I take over and build your custom event hub.
This isn’t a generic template or coaching call.
It’s a full-day, implementation-intensive that transforms your scattered assets into a clean, centralized system your team can actually run with.

How It Works
Step 1: Book Your Day
Choose your preferred date from the calendar below.
Secure your VIP Day Experience by submitting a 50% deposit to reserve your spot on my calendar.
Please note: you’ll have one to two weeks of prep work to complete before our session, such as preparing documents, photos, etc.
Step 2: Intake & Strategy Session
You’ll receive a detailed onboarding form to share your event type, goals, team structure, and where your materials currently live (Google Drive, email, etc.)
We’ll then review your intake together, align on priorities, and map out exactly what your Event Command Center will include.
Step 3: Your VIP Day
Your VIP Day Experience begins at 10am ET and runs until 5pm. While you focus on tasks or take time for yourself, I’ll be diligently working on your Command Center in the background.
Although it is a collaborative process, please note that it’s not an in-person or Zoom intensive. We’ll communicate seamlessly through our portal chat box.
Step 4: Enjoy 7 Days of Support
Following our session, you’ll receive 7 days of post-VIP Day support. Feel free to reach out if you encounter any challenges or need further guidance related to the work we completed together.
Important Note
When you schedule a VIP Day Experience, you are booking me for the DAY, not a set of deliverables. During these 7 hours, you’ll have my undivided attention on your project where I’ll diligently work to provide you with the quality systems you deserve.
With my wealth of experience and streamlined processes, I’m committed to delivering optimal results during our time together. The level of progress that we make will rely on your quick response to my messages throughout the day and your thorough completion of the prep work beforehand, so please keep that in mind when you choose your date.

You (or a designated team member) must be available during the build for questions.

We’ll have a 45-minute strategy call a few days before your build date to get aligned before I begin building. No need to spend your entire day on Zoom.

Yes! Depending on complexity, I’ll complete everything within 1-2 business days max.

Life can throw curveballs, and I understand that. You can reschedule your session once, without extra charge. Just give me at least one week’s notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

After your VIP Day, I’ll provide you with a video summary explaining how you can make any minor edits. Additionally, you’ll receive 7 days of FREE support in case you encounter any issues. If you require support beyond that, we can discuss other paid maintenance plans.
