HOW THE DAY WORKS
STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR VIP DAY
Choose your preferred date. A 50% deposit secures your spot. You’ll have one to two weeks of prep work before the build day.
STEP 2: INTAKE & STRATEGY SESSION
You’ll complete a detailed onboarding form, then we’ll meet for a 45-minute strategy session to review everything and map out what your Event Command Center will include.
STEP 3: YOUR BUILD DAY
The build runs from 10am to 5pm ET. Communication happens through a shared chat. I’ll reach out as needed for questions or confirmations.
STEP 4: POST-BUILD SUPPORT
After the build, you’ll have 7 days of support for questions or small adjustments.
An important note on how the day works: You’re reserving a dedicated build day; not a fixed list of deliverables. All required access and materials must be provided in advance, and you (or a team member) should be available for timely responses during the build.
