These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of and access to www.ariellejones.com and its subdomains, affiliated websites, digital platforms, online courses, memberships, interactive tools, and other resources offered by Arielle Jones LLC (“Arielle Jones LLC,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), including services delivered through third-party platforms such as Teachery and the Backstage Pass toolkit (collectively, the “Sites” or “Services”).

These Terms also apply to my business-related pages and accounts on Facebook®, Threads®, LinkedIn®, YouTube®, Instagram®, Pinterest®, and other social media platforms, to the extent applicable.

Please read these Terms and my Privacy Policy carefully. Purchases, recurring memberships, subscriptions, and other paid offerings are also subject to my separate Terms and Conditions for Online Sales of Goods and Services and any additional terms disclosed at purchase.

By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my business, Services, or applicable legal requirements. SITE CONTENT.

Arielle Jones LLC owns, licenses, or otherwise has the right to use the content made available through my Sites and Services, including educational materials, online courses, videos, written resources, templates, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, interactive tools, and other digital content.

All content is provided for informational, educational, and business-planning purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to my Sites or Services does not create a guarantee, representation, or promise of any particular result.

Except where expressly authorized by an applicable license agreement or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, publish, or commercially exploit my proprietary content without my prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of protected materials may result in suspension or termination of access, where permitted by applicable law, and may give rise to legal remedies available under applicable intellectual property laws.

Certain materials may be provided under separate product-specific licenses. Where applicable, those licenses govern the permitted use of the relevant materials.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (“AI”) DISCLAIMER

Certain content, products, Services, and digital tools offered by Arielle Jones LLC may incorporate or use artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, including services provided by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT).

AI may be used to assist with drafting, research, educational content, business planning, customized resources, and other activities associated with my business.

Some interactive tools, including the Backstage Pass toolkit, use AI to generate customized planning materials based on information submitted by users. These materials may include event snapshots, planning timelines, guest portraits, and other resources.

Although I make reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate resources, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect assumptions.

AI-generated materials are intended for informational, educational, and planning purposes. They are not a substitute for independently verified information or advice from qualified professionals.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information, including dates, costs, venue requirements, vendor details, contractual obligations, and other business-related decisions before relying on AI-generated outputs.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information into AI-assisted tools, particularly information identifying guests, clients, employees, or other individuals.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of information submitted through AI-assisted tools are further explained in my Privacy Policy.

I may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue AI-assisted features, subject to applicable contractual obligations and legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

MEMBER ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Certain Sites and Services, including memberships, online courses, and interactive tools, may require registration, an active membership, or other authorized access.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to use my Sites and Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Membership accounts are intended for use by the individual account holder unless otherwise expressly permitted.

You agree not to:

• Share account access, authentication links, or restricted membership materials with unauthorized individuals.

• Attempt to access another user's account, saved information, or private resources.

• Interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of any Site or Service.

• Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise unauthorized activities.

I reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access in accordance with applicable law and any governing purchase or membership agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to my interactive tools is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the appropriate authorization or legal basis to share information relating to other individuals.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, as between you and Arielle Jones, Arielle Jones owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Sites, including, without limitation, graphics, site content, design, organization, compilation and other matters related to or included on the Sites. My name, Arielle Jones LLC and all related names, product and service names, logos, slogans, and designs are my trademarks and you may not use these marks without my prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Sites are the trademarks of their respective owners and should not be used without those respective owners’ permission. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites and the resources available for download from the Website strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Membership and Course Materials. Online courses, lessons, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and other membership resources are provided under a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the member's individual educational and internal business purposes, unless a separate license expressly permits additional uses. Purchasing or maintaining membership access does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Member-Submitted Information and Generated Results. As between Arielle Jones LLC and the member, members retain any ownership rights they hold in their original submitted information. Members grant Arielle Jones LLC a limited right to process, transmit, and store submitted information as necessary to operate the applicable Services and generate requested results. Members may use their individualized AI-generated planning results for their own personal or internal business purposes, subject to applicable third-party rights and any specific license restrictions. AI-generated results may not be unique, and copyright protection or exclusivity is not guaranteed.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

Content and materials posted to the Site may be the copyrighted content of others (“Third Party Content”) that is used by Arielle Jones either by permission or under Section 107 of the Copyright Act as “fair use” for purposes such as education and research. I respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do the same. Users must obtain permission from the owners of any Third-Party Content before copying, distributing or otherwise using those materials. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication, or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of the copyright owner.

If you believe that your work has been copied on one or more of the Sites in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or otherwise violates your intellectual property rights, please contact me via email at the contact information listed below and provide the following: (i) identification of what is claimed to have been infringed; (ii) identification of what is claimed to be infringing; (iii) your contact information (or the contact information of the person I need to contact about the infringement); (iv) a statement that the person submitting the complaint is doing so with a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (v) a statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury; (vi) a physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the complaint; and (vii) if that person is not the owner of the content at issue, a statement that the person submitting the complaint is authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

LINKING TO MY SITES.

Anyone linking to the Sites must comply with all applicable laws and must not: (i) misrepresent its relationship with Arielle Jones; (ii) present false or misleading information about Arielle Jones; or (iii) contain content that is reasonably considered profanity, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, or unlawful.

I may at times include advertisements on the Sites. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Sites are solely between you and such advertiser. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to any conflict of laws. For any dispute regarding these Terms or the Sites, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Henrico, Virginia.
