The Squarespace Template Experience is a done-for-you website customization service. You bring the template, your branding, and your content. I take it from there and deliver a polished, professional site that looks and feels like it was built from scratch, in approximately one week.
This isn’t a coaching call where I tell you what to change. It’s not a tutorial on how to use the builder. It’s a full implementation where I customize your template, integrate your copy, set up your tech connections, and hand you back a finished site that’s ready to go live.

4 WEEKS OF POST-LAUNCH EMAIL SUPPORT
Support for minor tweaks, questions, or final adjustments after the site goes live, so nothing gets left unfinished once you start using it.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
Submit the inquiry form and we’ll schedule a call to talk through your template, your goals, and what the finished site needs to look and feel like. This is where we confirm fit and set expectations.
STEP 2: CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
If we’re aligned, I’ll send over a contract and initial invoice. Once the agreement is signed and your deposit is received, your project day is secured.
STEP 3: PROJECT PORTAL
I’ll set up a dedicated project portal with a clear timeline, milestones, and deliverables. This becomes the communication hub for the entire project, everything stays organized and visible in one place.
STEP 4: CONTENT PREPARATION
You’ll receive a content workbook to collect everything I need: branding assets, written copy, images, and any specific preferences. Plan for approximately two weeks to complete this during your normal schedule. All materials must be submitted before the project’s start date.
STEP 5: DESIGN & BUILD
I customize your template, starting with the homepage. You’ll review it and provide one round of revision feedback before I build out the remaining pages. We collaborate on final adjustments until everything is polished.
STEP 6: LAUNCH AND HANDOFF
On launch day, I walk you through the finished site: how everything works, where things live, and how to manage basic updates. Then we go live. After launch, you’ll have 4 weeks of email support for questions or minor tweaks.

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due on or before the project start date.

The build itself takes approximately one week. I recommend planning for about two weeks of prep time before the start date to complete your content workbook. The full timeline:
Pre-Work (2 Weeks): You gather content, complete questionnaires, and prep materials in our collaborative portal.
Kickoff Call: We review your submitted materials and confirm the plan.
Monday: I design and build the site, then send it to you for review.
Tuesday: You review and send any edit requests by end of day.
Wednesday & Thursday: Final collaborative revisions over chat.
Friday: Walkthrough call and site handoff.
Post-launch (4 weeks): Email support for questions or minor tweaks.

All communication happens inside the project portal; nothing gets scattered across email threads. We’ll meet two to three times (two meetings are required) to discuss drafts, progress, and your feedback. After launch, you’ll receive a digital folder with all project assets, a recorded walkthrough video, and 4 weeks of email support.

Squarespace charges hosting and domain fees, which you’ll need to maintain to keep your site live. Any third-party tools you integrate (CRMs, schedulers, email marketing platforms) may also have separate costs. Once your design is complete and paid in full, there are no ongoing fees from me unless you choose to hire me for continued support under a separate agreement.
